Vanessa blew my expectations out of the water with her design for our basement playroom. She took the time to get to know my family so that she could maximize our usage of space for both my kids who are 3 years apart. She has amazing energy and it truly shows in the work she does. She made the entire project come together seamlessly from concept, to design, ordering and installation. Vanessa was extremely organized and worked with me step by step to make sure materials were ordered and arrived on time. When we did run into issues with items that went out of stock, she went above and beyond to find a replacement or keep a watchful eye on back-in-stock dates for me. Whenever I had concerns or questions, she took the time to walk me through all the pros and cons so that I could make the right decision for my family and how we would use the space. Her knowledge of not only design, but of childhood development through play is what makes her service completely worth every penny. My kids now use the basement every day and their friends never want to leave when they come over. It’s a kid’s dream playroom where they can expend their energy, be creative, get messy, snuggle up with a good book, and role play. I can’t thank Vanessa enough for the way she completely transformed this space for us.
