Playroom Storage Must Haves ...

One question I receive often is in regards to playroom storage options. I figured having my top choices in a post will help anyone interested.

My choices for each client depends on so many factors including:

- ages and stages of the children

- the child(rens) abilities

- style of the client's home etc.

Ideally a playroom design has toys and materials that are easily visible and accessible for children. This helps to promote independence and tidying up becomes less of a daunting task as everything has a home and the expectation is clear. The more children can see what is available to them, the more likely they are to engage with the materials that are offered in the space.

Over the past three years I have had the honour to work with over 100 families all over North America in designing amazing kid's spaces.
